1. Agreement to these Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of WagAround, a playdate and community app for dog owners, operated by Craftbyte Studios LLC (“WagAround,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using WagAround, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app.

2. Who can use WagAround

You must be at least 18 years old to create a WagAround account. WagAround coordinates in-person meetups between owners and their dogs, and we ask that only adults take responsibility for those arrangements. By creating an account, you confirm that the information you provide — about yourself and your dog — is accurate, and that you’re creating the account for yourself.

3. Your account and household

You’re responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. WagAround supports shared households, so more than one person can help manage the same dog’s profile — the primary account holder controls who else has access. You can pause or hide your profile at any time from Account settings, and you can request deletion of your account at any time; deletion takes effect immediately, though anonymizing your personal details afterward may be delayed if your account is part of an active safety investigation or an open moderation case.

4. How you agree to treat other members

While using WagAround, you agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or send explicit or offensive content to another member
• Misrepresent your dog’s temperament, vaccination status, or behavioral history
• Solicit money, sell animals, or advertise commercially outside features built for that
• Create more than one account, or create a new account after being suspended or banned
• Share another member’s photos, messages, or personal information without their consent
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or use automated tools to access the app
• Bring a dog to a playdate or event without disclosing known behavioral or health risks to the other owner

5. Content you share

You keep ownership of the photos, profile details, and messages you share on WagAround. By posting them, you give us permission to host, store, and display them as needed to operate the app — for example, showing your dog’s photo to a nearby owner, or retaining a reported message so our moderation team can review it. Photos go through automated screening, and some are held for staff review before they’re shown to anyone else; content that violates these Terms may be rejected or removed.

6. Trusted contacts and your safety

WagAround lets you save a trusted contact — someone you can tell before meeting an unfamiliar owner for the first time. We encourage using it: meet in a public place for a first playdate, keep dogs leashed until you both agree otherwise, and use your own judgment about a dog’s or owner’s suitability. WagAround does not run background checks on members, verify vaccination records, or guarantee that a dog’s temperament matches its profile. We aren’t present at playdates, walks, or events, and we’re not responsible for what happens at them. Report and block tools are available from any profile, playdate, or conversation.

7. Lost dog reports

If you report a dog lost, WagAround may show information about that dog — including a photo and its last known location — more broadly than your normal discovery visibility, to nearby members and anyone helping search, so the dog can be found and reunited with you. Other members can post sighting updates on an active lost-dog case; you’re responsible for verifying a sighting before acting on it, and WagAround doesn’t guarantee that a lost dog will be found.

8. Health records you share

Vaccine records, medications, allergies, and other health information you add to your dog’s profile are private by default and only shared through a share packet you create yourself, scoped to a purpose (like an emergency vet visit or a sitter) and an expiration you control. WagAround is not a veterinary service, doesn’t verify the accuracy of health information you or another member enters, and nothing in the app is a substitute for advice from a licensed veterinarian.

9. Groups and events

Anyone can create an open or invite-only group, and anyone with the appropriate entitlement (see Section 11) can organize an event within it. If you organize a group or event, you’re responsible for its description, membership decisions, and conduct at any in-person gathering it leads to — WagAround provides the tools, not supervision.

10. Moderation and enforcement

Reported content and accounts are reviewed by our moderation team, supported by automated classification for a limited set of safety issues. If you violate these Terms, we may warn you, restrict specific features, suspend your account, or permanently ban you, depending on severity. If your account is suspended or banned, you can request a review from within the app.

11. WagAround+, Organizer Pro, and purchases

WagAround+ and Organizer Pro are optional paid tiers that unlock additional features — WagAround+ includes discovery of who’s shown interest in your dog and health-record export; Organizer Pro lifts the cap on how many groups or events you can create (RSVPing and attending stay free for everyone, always). Where available, they’re billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, at the price shown at the time of purchase, and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period — manage or cancel through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings. Purchases are handled by Apple or Google according to their own payment terms; except where required by their policies or by law, purchases are final and non-refundable.

12. Intellectual property

WagAround’s app, design, and branding belong to Craftbyte Studios LLC. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the app for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the app itself.

13. Ending your use of WagAround

You may stop using WagAround and request deletion of your account at any time (see Section 3). We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, at our discretion, and will let you know when reasonably possible.

14. No guarantees

WagAround is provided “as is.” We don’t guarantee that you’ll find a compatible playdate, that a lost dog will be found, or that the app will always be available or error-free. Information other members enter about their own dogs — including temperament and health information — is self-reported and not verified by us.

15. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Craftbyte Studios LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of WagAround, including injury to you, your dog, or another person or animal at a playdate, walk, or event arranged through the app. Our total liability for any claim relating to WagAround is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months before the claim arose.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Craftbyte Studios LLC is organized, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we’ll let you know in the app. Continuing to use WagAround after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
